Jotting

The Navy event is actually on the 29th. I must say that it is amazing to see my name listed as a guest speaker and my bio included in the email blast. It is incredible, really.

I’m still doing well without going back or even wanting to go back to the woman I was dating. She was no good to me and emotionally she was damaging me. I’m writing a novel of my story and I know it will be hard to relive but very necessary.
